A Saudi national hacked 23 Saudi government website to prove how vulnerable and weak the security systems are for government-run websites.
According to reports in Saudi Gazette, in less than two hours 23 government websites were hacked. These included government websites related to education, health, sports, municipal, traffic among others.
He justified the hacking by saying that the Saudi authorities were ignoring his message of an imminent cyber attack.
And to prove them wrong, after he hacked the websites he left a message: “From us not others”.
In his message, he also mentioned he had not harmed any government data.
