The Education Ministry has won a final court ruling into the case lodged by Delmon University, a private academic establishment whose licence had been revoked due to a spate of irregularities.
The university filed a case with the Court of Cassation, seeking to reverse the decision by Higher Education Council, which disapproved the construction of a new university campus.
The court overturned the case and ordered the appellant to pay the costs of appeal.
