A PROPOSAL to breathe new life into Bahrain’s neglected historic sites by letting investors set up businesses like cafés and restaurants around them has been put forth.
Northern Municipal Council chairman Mohammed Buhamood, who is behind the idea, said such “treasures” were being wasted due to a lack of active involvement by ministries and government bodies .
