Kuwait: The killer of a Saudi mother and her Kuwaiti daughter in Egypt was sentenced to death by hanging.
The Criminal Court in Al-Minya in North Egypt convicted Abdultawab of murdering the two women whom he used to work for as a driver in Kuwait.
The forty-five-year-old killer invited the victims to Egypt in a bid to persuade them to participate in a farm and contribute 680,000 Egyptian pounds to the project.
The police investigation revealed that he killed them with a sharp tool and dumped their bodies in an 18-metre-deep well. He then land-filled the well in an attempt to hide all traces of the crime.
The court also convicted Mohammed Abdul Fattah Hashim along with the Sayyed and Ali, brothers of killer’s wife, Hana, in connection with the murder.
