A group of workers are under investigation for killing birds brutally at a poultry farm suspected of being infected with the highly-contagious avian influenza (H5N8), Sabq reported.
The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture suspented the labourers from work pending investigation and terminated the contract with the company which was hired to cull the birds.
The suspended workers appeared in a video recording as they were chasing the birds and beating them to death.
