Ebrahim K Kanoo, the sole distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles in Bahrain, has officially inaugurated the newly renovated Arad Service Centre to cater to both Toyota and Lexus customers in Muharraq.
Designed and built as the evolution of the regionally renowned Toyota Plaza in Tubli, the 60,000 square foot facility brings high-quality and efficient services closer to customers.
Fitted with the latest diagnostic equipment, advanced repair tools, and a multi-storey parking for customers’ vehicles, the new service centre deploys an improved work flow process based on the Toyota Kaizen philosophy.
Kaizen, the Japanese word for ‘continuous improvement’, refers to Toyota’s business philosophy of continually improving all areas of an organisation, by standardising programmes and processes to eliminate wastage of time and resources.
For the Arad Service Centre, this has created an increase in the vehicle servicing capacity by more than 30 per cent and an overall increase in efficiency by more than 140pc.
Ebrahim K Kanoo senior manager of Toyota marketing Ayman Shehadeh discussed the significance of the renovated facility.
“An integral part of our ethos at Ebrahim K Kanoo is to continually develop and improve the way we interact with our customers, ensuring they receive only the best when they purchase any of our brands,” he said.
“This service centre proves this, boasting a fully air-conditioned facility, ample designated parking spaces, the availability of a Kanoo daily rental branch, bringing all the services our customers need into a state-of-the-art building.
“There are also customer waiting lounges equipped with modern entertainment systems, fast wi-fi and quality refreshments.”
The Arad service centre is open seven days a week from 7am to 6pm.
