MANAMA: Bahrain-based developer Naseej will be showcasing its CanalView freehold project at the Gulf Property Show 2018, it has emerged.

One of the company’s most prestigious projects in Bahrain, CanalView is strategically located on the Dilmunia health island in the northern part of Muharraq.

Built around the 1.6km Dilmunia Canal, the four-tower apartment complex features views of the Waterfall Bridge, water fountains and the sea.

It is within walking distance of retail, food and beverage and café outlets while also offering easy access to Muharraq’s main public park.

Speaking about the project, Naseej general manager Ahmed Al Hammadi said: “CanalView offers a unique lifestyle in a much sought after destination for those seeking luxury and excellence in real estate projects. The iconic development provides residents private access to rooftop gardens, private apartment gardens, swimming pools, gym and a main club house that delivers canal side living at its finest.”

Commenting on Naseej’s participation at the Gulf Property Show 2018, Mr Al Hammadi said, “As a leading developer in Bahrain our aim is to build sustainable communities. The Gulf Property show is widely regarded as one of the largest real estate and property development expos in the kingdom, and we are looking forward to another promising and successful participation in this year’s show. We also hope to build upon our success from previous shows and achieve greater results in showcasing our brand and our range of real estate projects in Bahrain.”

The Gulf Property Show is held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, and takes place from April 24 to 26 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.

The three-day event, organised by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE), is being held alongside two other major exhibitions – Gulf Construction Expo and Gulf Property Show – continuing the success of the only integrated B2B and B2C platforms for the construction, interior and property sectors in the Northern Gulf.

HCE managing director Jubran Abdulrahman said, “Naseej is the first fully-integrated real estate and infrastructure development company in the Mena region. They are an ethical and socially-responsible company.

The Gulf Property Show’s supporting organisations are the kingdom’s Regulatory Real Estate Authority (RERA), as well as Survey and Land Registration Bureau and Bahrain Property Developers Association.
