Manama: Bahrain's GDP growth for the whole of last year reached 3.9 per cent, a strong improvement over the 3.2pc pace recorded the year before, the Economic Development Board's chief economist Dr Jarmo Kotilaine told a media roundtable this morning.
He was sharing key findings of the EDB's quarterly economic update for the last three months of 2017.
The economy expanded by 3.4pc in that quarter, which was clearly below the 4pc pace during the preceding three quarters.
