Manama: Eagle Hills Diyar, developer of Marassi Al Bahrain, hosted a delegation from the Bahrain Society of Engineers on a field visit to the ‘smart city’.
The delegation comprising 25 engineers and other members of the society, led by Dr Dheya Tawfiqi, was given a detailed explanation about the importance of the masterplan and its components. The expected completion dates and methods of sale and acquisition were also discussed.

The unique project comprises a range of residential components, such as Marassi Residences, Marassi Shores Residences, Marassi Boulevard and The Address.
In addition to Marassi Galleria, a 200,000sqm shopping and entertainment destination offers a range of entertainment facilities. The development will also provide access to a 2km beach with waterfront retail outlets and an F&B boulevard.
