Khobar – The viral video of heroic Malian immigrant who scaled the facade of a Paris apartment block to save a boy, who was about to fall from a fourth-floor balcony, brought to mind a Saudi spiderman.
The Saudi young man had also scaled a three-storey building in the city of Al-Khobar, in the Eastern province, and saved a toddler who was about to fall from an apartment window.
A video recording showed the intrepid Saudi man as he grabbed the child, entered the flat through the window and handed over the toddler to his family.
Saudi Twitter users re-posted the video recording, urging the security authorities to honour the Saudi “unsung” hero, whose act of bravery went unnoticed.
