BisB signs deal to offer personalised concierge services

MANAMA: Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) has entered into a partnership with personal assistance service provider Peacock Concierge for its Al Thuraya Privileged Banking services.

The partnership was signed by BisB retail banking general manager Dalal AlQais and Peacock Concierge chief executive Hassan Al Suwaidi.

Under the agreement, Peacock’s consultants would handle BisB’s private banking customers’ day-to-day personal schedules, event and travel management, overseeing customer inquiries and complaints, and streamlining routine tasks to simplify daily life.

Services provided included VIP meet and assist airport services, insurance package management, delivery and courier services, luxury car transportation services, and holiday and event planning.

“We look forward to working closely with Peacock Concierge, which will allow our Al Thuraya customers to enjoy an array of services that will be provided twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week,” said Ms AlQais.

“The concierge’s personalised messenger services are dedicated to handling customer requests with confidentiality, speed and efficiency, and maintaining the ultimate level of security.” Mr Al Suwaidi said the partnership would further strengthen its expansion strategy in the GCC.
