The patients who underwent medical check-up at Saudi hospitals tested positive to the infectious disease, said the Ministry of Health in a statement.
The govenorate of Wadi Al Dawasir, located to the south of the capity Riyadh, was the most affected, with 13 cases reported since the January 25.
The other patients diagnosed with coronavirus were discovered during medical check-ups at Buraidah, Riyadh, Khamis Mushait and Al Qurayat.
The viral respiratory infectious disease was first discovered in Saudi Arabia in 2012.
