Jeddah: Two minor girl students have been reported missing since Sunday in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Police have stepped up search for Amna Al-Janabi and another girl who disappeared in mysterious circumstances when students were leaving from their school.
"My daughter Amna and another girl went missing yesterday from Primary School No 170," the father said, adding that he has lodged a complaint with the police station.
According to the security guard posted in the school, not even a single student was allowed to leave alone, and every girl left with their parents from the school. The security guard believes the girls might left the premise using the back door.
"I have already complained to the school administration and asked them to close the back door,’’ he said.
Meanwhile, Jeddah Educational Spokesman Abdulmajid Al-Ghamdi said police are investigating the case.
The school administration claimed that the two girls were present during the school time and might have disappeared after leaving school.
