A World Health Organisation (WHO) study has allayed fears about the impact of telecommunications towers on public health.
“The way telecommunications towers are managed in Bahrain complies with the global safe emission protocols,” said WHO experts in their study.
The study concluded that the telecommunications towers have no impact on health as the radiation emission rate is very low and at a safe level.
The rates measured in Bahrain proved to be even better than those of developed countries, said the study.
