MANAMA: VIVA Bahrain has signed an exclusive partnership with Kuwait Finance House–Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) to launch a joint loyalty programme for VIVA Business customers.
Under the programme, VIVA Business customers making a monthly payment of BD50 and higher for Business Mobile, Business Broadband and ICT services get an entry into KFH-Bahrain’s Libshara draw for a chance to win a prize of $500.
Ten libshara prizes will be reserved for VIVA Business customers every month and the prize money will be credited into the winner’s VIVA account.
The winnings can be used to pay for VIVA Business services and devices.
VIVA Bahrain acting chief executive Mohammed Al Khushail said: “The partnership will enrich our Business Customer experience and loyalty; therefore, we are keen to increase the benefits they receive from their subscriptions as well by rewarding them for selecting VIVA as a trusted business partner.”
KFH-Bahrain managing director and chief executive Abdulhakeem Al Khayyat said the programme seeks to reward SMEs by linking it to the bank’s flagship Libshara Investment Savings Account.
