MANAMA: Kuwait Finance House-Bahrain (KFH-B) has announced the launch of Walaa Baytik loyalty programme for its prepaid and credit cardholders.
The programme enables the bank’s customers to earn loyalty points when using their cards and redeem the points for airline tickets, hotel reservations, worldwide car rentals, cash refunds, electronics, air miles and other items and products.
The bank said the Walaa Baytik loyalty programme comes as part of its efforts to provide the best banking experience to its credit and prepaid card customers.
“Walaa Baytik loyalty programme, offers a unique value-added experience to our cardholders providing points for a host of benefits and rewards,” said Subah Al Zayani, deputy head of retail banking at KFH-Bahrain.
“We will automatically register all our credit card holders in this programme whereby they will receive SMS messages to activate the service,” he added.
The bank’s head of cards and e-channels Abdulrahman Al Khan said for redemption of points customers could visit the Walaa Baytik rewards portal through rewards.kfh.bh – the bank’s corporate website or use the KFHB Cards app.
