THE first title ownership deed for a unit at the tallest residential building in Juffair has been transferred to its new owner.
It follows successful completion of the Orchid Plaza building by Orchid Developers.
The 47-storey seafront tower is located off Prince Khalifa bin Salman Causeway and consists of 312 units, with duplexes and apartments.

Amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, mini basketball court, squash court, children play area, running track, cinema, sauna, steam room, supermarket and coffee shop.
Orchid Developers managing director Dr Bashar Ahmadi said all apartments in the property had already been sold.

“We have worked effectively to complete many projects, including Orchid Plaza, where our customers have received excellent returns of around 14 per cent per annum on their investments and this is an unprecedented return,” he added.
