Capital Police Directorate has taken legal action against Asians who held a rally after Eid prayers, in violation of the law.
Interior Ministry said in a tweet that the case has been referred to the Public Prosecution.
Citizens and residents have been urged not to use religious events for political purposes.
The Ministry had issued an advisory last night following the illegal gathering at the Ahmed Al Fateh (Grand Mosque) yesterday evening.
