I WELCOME news about new baggage rules at Bahrain International Airport (GDN, September 2).
At the moment it borders on the chaotic – from the moment you enter the baggage reclamation hall after arriving on a flight.
It can be a free-for-all just finding your suitcases, which more often than not have been removed from the carousel by porters.
Why don’t they just leave them to go around until the passenger arrives after having completed passport formalities?
I hope the new system will eliminate all this.
