Manama: CrediMax and Payment International Enterprise (PIE) have signed a partnership deal to allow MaxWallet QR payments to be accepted on all PIE mPOS devices.
This collaboration will expand MaxWallet acceptance across Bahrain and will be available on PIE’s mPOS devices, currently present in 1,500 points covering all major SMEs throughout the kingdom.
CrediMax chief executive Yousif Ali Mirza said: “We are happy to announce this tie-up with PIE and are confident that with the launch of this new service, it will encourage a new trend of payment habits to further enrich our customer’s payment experience.
“MaxWallet is one of many digital payment solutions offered by CrediMax with the sole aim of enhancing payment process to minimal time for both our merchants and cardholders.”
PIE CEO Fawaz Ghazal said, “This partnership shows PIE’s commitment to advance the use of cashless payment methods, as there are necessary steps we need to take to enable financial inclusion, and this is just one of them.
