Riyadh - Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan is set to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia late this month – his third visit to date to Riyadh since he took office.
According to Pakistani media reports, Khan would visit Riyadh before heading to New York to address the UN General Assembly for the first time on September 27.
The visit comes amid rising tensions with neighbouring India over the developments unfolding in Kashmir.
The reports said that the Pakistani Premier would meet high-level Saudi officials on his third visit to Riyadh.
Khan first visited Saudi in September 2018 after becoming a prime minister before making his second visit to attend the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Summit in Mecca.
