A first-of-its-kind exhibition, featuring 60 images taken by Bahraini photographers during a visit to South Korea, has opened.
The exhibit includes the works of 11 photographers who visited the East Asian nation in 2016, including those of Bahrain Photo Club president Shaikha Hanan bint Hassan Al Khalifa.
The ‘Beauty of Korea’ exhibition opened yesterday at The Avenues Bahrain under the patronage of Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs Under-Secretary and Bahrain Arts Society honorary president Shaikh Rashed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa.
The opening was also attended by South Korean Ambassador to Bahrain Hyunmo Koo and Shaikha Hanan.
A joint collaboration between the Korean Embassy and the Bahrain Photo Club, the photography exhibition is open to the public until September 30.
