Manama: All villas in the BD6 million ($15.8m) Yasmeenat Saar Project have been sold off-plan to Bahrainis and GCC nationals, Bahrain-based real estate and infrastructure developer Naseej said yesterday.
Launched last year, the project is a 27-villa residential development opposite Saar Mall, off the Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Highway.
Properties include three, four and five-bedroom villas for the medium to high-income segment, ranging in price from BD199,000 to BD320,000.
The overall plot size of the project is 17,000sqm, with individual plot sizes starting from 300sqm and built-up areas ranging from 350 to 480sqm.
Yesterday’s statement quoted Naseej general manager Ahmed Al Hammadi as saying construction work was progressing well with the project expected to be completed by the end of this year.
“The homes are being built to the highest construction standards and offer layout plans that suit today’s living preferences,” Mr Al Hammadi said.
“Aside from location attractiveness, quality and villa designs were a key contributing factor to the success of the project.”
Dar Al Khaleej Contracting Company is Yasmeenat Saar’s main building contractor under a BD3.1m ($8.2m) contract and Mohammed Salahuddin Consulting Engineering Bureau is the design and supervision consultant, the GDN had reported earlier.
Other ongoing projects by Naseej include Jumana at Al Madina Al Shamaliya and Canal View in Muharraq.
