Muscat: Twenty seven expatriates suspected of involvement in immoral acts have been arrested in Oman pending investigation.
The Royal Oman Police (ROP) command in Muscat said in a statement that the suspects include 21 women and six men.
They are accused of public indecency and violation of the labour and residence rules and regulations.
The police raided rented apartments in Muscat and caught the suspects. Legal measures were taken against them.
