MANAMA: Al Tijaria will offer luxurious residential flats starting from BD43,000 with easy and convenient payment plans during the Gulf Property Show at The Avenues, Bahrain.
The GCC’s boutique real estate platform is attracting an influential line-up of sponsors and exhibitors for the second edition of the Gulf Property Show mall event taking place from November 6 to 9.
Al Tijaria chief executive Fawaz Ebrahim said, “Our main focus at the Gulf Property Show at the Avenues will be our first residential development in Bahrain, Symphony Tower, which is scheduled to be delivered in the first quarter of 2020.
Located in the Diplomatic Area at the heart of Manama’s skyline, Symphony Tower consists of 46 floors with 351 apartments ranging from studios to one, two and three bedrooms, offering panoramic views of the sea and the city.
The tower is located in close proximity to major shopping centres like Moda Mall, The Avenues and Bahrain Bay.
