The Bahrain Football Association (BFA) has upgraded its communications services using technology from Avaya Holdings.
The upgrade has been done with a focus on remote working, enabling bring-your-own-device policies and security.
The solution, delivered by Fakhro Electronics, came in the form of Avaya’s advanced telephony and communications technologies, and the latest Avaya Desktop Experience devices.
“We had to provide the latest intelligent communications platform, enabling users to communicate remotely while maintaining security over every type of device – including desk phones and software-based phones. We also wanted to allow our executives to use video calls, which is easy with the Vantage device,” said Majdi Aldoseri, BFA’s head of Technology Support and ICT.
“By bringing a top-flight user experience to the BFA, Avaya and its partner Fakhro Electronics has enabled the organisation to take full advantage of rich feature sets. We look forward to continuing to help the BFA improve its communications and adding even greater value to its business,” said Samer Sarraf, Territory Manager – Kuwait and Bahrain, Avaya.
