The Crown Prince yesterday emphasised the importance of promoting Bahrain’s rich cultural and historic legacy.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, made the remarks when he received Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities president Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa at Gudaibiya Palace.
He highlighted Bahrain’s commitment to support its culture and heritage sectors, noting they represent a vital component of Bahrain’s rich national identity.
He emphasised the importance of continuing to promote Bahrain’s historic legacy, which stands as a testimony to the many achievements which have contributed to the kingdom’s development, in line with the vision of His Majesty.
Shaikha Mai presented to the Crown Prince her editorial publications. The Crown Prince wished Shaikha Mai continued success in promoting Bahrain’s culture and antiquities.
Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa attended.
