MANAMA: An economic forum focusing on the commercial sector will be held on Thursday from 10am until noon at Beit Al Tejjar.
The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) is organising the first edition of the symposium, under the theme “Sustainability of Bahraini Traders amid Economic Changes”.
Businessmen are urged to attend the forum which focuses on challenges and economic shifts facing Bahraini traders.
Speakers will advise traders on overcoming obstacles to adapt to shifting economic conditions and ensure the sustainability of their businesses.
The forum will also focus on the adaptability and sustainability of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which make up around 90 per cent of the overall number of businesses in Bahrain.
The role of the private sector in supping growth, the national economy and attracting investment will also be discussed.
