Limak Inşaat Kuwait, a subsidiary of Turkish builder Limak Group, has emerged as the lowest bidder for the Phase Two of the new Kuwait Airport project with a figure of KD169 million ($555 million), said a report.
The second best contender for the project was another Turkish company Kolin with a bid maount of KD193.5 million, reported Arab Times, citing sources.
The scope of work includes construction of a parking area, outdoor works and landscaping, a sewage and rainwater treatment plant, storage tanks, roads, and multi-level bridges that will connect to building No. 2 under construction, it added.
