His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, yesterday held a telephone call with US Secretary of State Michael Pompeo.
Long-standing strategic relationship between Bahrain and the US was discussed, in addition to ongoing efforts to preserve stability in the region, defeat terrorism and combat extremism.
The call also touched upon recent developments in the region and stressed the importance of maintaining peace and security.
