MANAMA: A new international exhibition and convention centre in Sakhir will help bolster the kingdom’s standing as the destination of choice for a number of high-level international and regional events, the Crown Prince said yesterday.
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, said Bahrain is well on target to achieve its development goals as he attended the foundation stone-laying ceremony of Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre in Sakhir, which took place under his patronage .
