YOUSIF Nasser and Fiona Slingerland won the men and women titles in the Bahrain Road Runners–Seef Mall Half Marathon at the Seef Mall.
Moussa Karich and Eric Watson finished second and third respectively in the men’s race while Britney Steen and Fatema AH claimed the corresponding honours among the women.
BRR have thanked Bahrain Athletics Association (BAA) for their continued support, Ministry of Health for providing an ambulance, Ministry of Interior for extending traffic police, Road Department, Dr. Hani of Physio Relief, Pocari energy drink, volunteers and first aid group for their support.
BRR also thanked the president Shaikh Ebrahim bin Abdulla bin Khalid Al Khalifa for his continued support for the last 40 years.
BRR’s next event will be the Bahrain Full Marathon and Marathon Relay on February 14 and the Al Areen Wildlife Park 10K Run on March 6, 2020.
