MANAMA: Al Baraka Islamic Bank, one of the leading financial institutions in the Islamic banking sector, has been recognised by Mastercard as the bank in Bahrain with the highest growth rate in international spending on Mastercard credit cards in 2019.
Al Baraka Islamic Bank and Mastercard have partnered to develop and roll out several innovative technology solutions that enhanced the payment experience for the bank’s customers.
As part of the collaboration, Al Baraka Islamic Bank exclusively issued Mastercard debit, credit, prepaid and commercial products to its customers. Furthermore, through the partnership Al Baraka Islamic Bank introduced an exclusive suite of card-based payment products over the course of the year.
