Restaurant cooked chicken

When we want to start eating healthy, chicken often comes to mind as it’s a great source of protein. However, Schonborn warns “when eating out at restaurants that those chicken dishes could possibly be loaded with calories from being cooked in large amounts of butter and oil and accessorized with lots of salt and cream”.

She instead advises clients to cook chicken at home, which keeps the health level under control and avoid added ingredients.
