A MAN who used his disabled brother’s passport and CPR to travel as he was under a travel ban has been jailed for five years.
The 34-year-old Bahraini was found guilty of forgery and fraud by the High Criminal Court yesterday.
The defendant said he had used his own pictures to renew his brother’s passport and CPR in 2015.
He then travelled to several countries before authorities discovered the fraud and arrested him in July last year at Bahrain International Airport while he was on his way to Dubai.
The defendant was banned from travelling as he was involved in several cases of fraud, said the court ruling.
