MANAMA: Al Salam Bank-Bahrain (ASBB) is offering Sharia-compliant competitive property financing options for customers looking to purchase apartments in The Courtyard at Seef.
The urban development, which is connected to a popular shopping centre, offers three types of one-bedroom apartments as well as a two-bedroom option.
The bank’s Dari Property Finance scheme is available to all customers with down payment as low as 10 per cent.
The freehold apartments, which are in the final stages of development, will be ready for handover within six months.
