A BAHRAINI woman who returned recently from Iraq praised the precautionary measures to combat the coronavirus (Covid-19).
She completed the 14-day mandatory quarantine on returning on March 6 from Iraq via Cairo International Airport.
Speaking to Akhbar Al Khaleej, she said that the preventive measures enforced in Bahrain are better than in many other countries.
“The precautionary measures have reassured us, contrary to exaggerated news on social media websites,” she said.
She praised the authorities at Bahrain International Airport who processed procedures smoothly and took them to the isolation facility in Hidd.
She lauded volunteers who spared no efforts to help the administrative and medical staff and provide other services, including cleaning.
