Muscat: Oman has registered another 40 new cases who have tested positive for the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) in the country, bringing the total of infections to 371 with two deaths.
Ministry of Health pointed out that 67 cases have recovered, Oman News Agency reported.
In its statement, the ministry also announced that its youngest coronavirus patient, one-year-and-a-half baby, who had contracted the virus from his parents, had made a full recovery.
The ministry also reiterated and called upon everyone to strictly adhere to quarantine measures, social distancing instructions, health habits as well as staying at home and not going out unless necessary.
