Riyadh: An Asian expatriate threatened to commit suicide in the Governorate of Al-Ahsa’a.

He went on top of a four-storey building and threatened to jump to his death.

Civil Defence intervened promptly and persuaded the 35-year-old man not to take the extreme step, reported local Arabic daily Sabq.

“We have succeeded in convincing the man and bringing him down safely ten minutes ago”, East Province Civil Defence spokesman Colonel Mansour Al-Dosary said.
