The Health Ministry has announced 212 new cases of Covid-19, of which 206 are among migrant workers.
The other six cases are of individuals who came in contact with positive cases.
The migrant workers who tested positive for the virus were detected following 3321 tests that were conducted within 24 hours, added the ministry.
This means Bahrain has so far registered 1,348 cases of the coronavirus, including 751 active cases, 591 recoveries and 6 deaths.
