Terrible service

Letters

Two weeks ago I placed an order for a split AC with a reputable company, and was told that within five days the order would be delivered. But until this moment, and as I am writing this letter, nothing has been delivered.

Twice I visited the office and was told that due to excess orders, stock was finished but hopefully would come in three days – but again an empty promise.

Last time I visited and told them that it is more than two weeks and their delivery promise was within five days. They told me that the shipment was coming and after clearance the AC would be delivered.

I am wondering why these people play with customers’ patience. What does the law say about this? No one bothered to call me or apologise for the delay.

The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry should take notice and take action against such companies.
