Indian Art Exhibition opens in Muscat

Muscat: The Indian Contemporary Art Exhibition themed ‘Beyond the Realm of Beauty’ was opened at the Omani Society for Fine Arts of the Sultan Qaboos Higher Centre for Culture and Science (SQHCCS).

The art exhibition opened under the patronage of Indra Mani Pandey, Indian Ambassador to the Sultanate.

Organised by the Indian Embassy in Muscat, the exhibition will continue till 20th April.

Held for the first time in the Sultanate, it highlights ties of cultural cooperation and historic friendship between the two countries.

It also aims at acquainting the public in the Sultanate with the Indian arts and heritage, as well as contemporary art works.
