Muscat: Oman's Ministry of Health registered 55 new cases of the Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) on Thursday.
Those infected include 40 expats and 15 Omanis, Times of Oman reported.
The total number of cases in the country has now touched 2,958, including 980 recoveries and 13 deaths, the ministry said, urging the public to adhere to social distancing and other preventative measures.
