WHAT a wise decision not to use the clothes-collecting boxes on street corners. Whilst the original sentiment is very nice, the problem is that no one knows exactly what has been put in them.
Anything could be thrown into them.
In addition sorry to say they are rather an eyesore, and do not make an impression of tidy well-kept streets.
