Two men, both aged 33, have been arrested after they circulated a video clip showing them and others using intoxicating substances during a celebration in an apartment, in violation of public morals.
The director-general of the General Department of Investigation and Criminal Evidence said an investigation was launched as soon as the video surfaced, leading to the identification and arrest of the two Asians.
"Investigations continue to identify and arrest the rest of the group," he said in a tweet early this morning.
Necessary legal steps have been taken to refer the case to the Public Prosecution, he added.
