MANAMA: Another 360 cases of Covid-19 were reported in Bahrain yesterday.
This takes the total active cases to 4,618, of which 34 are receiving treatment while nine are in critical condition.
Of yesterday’s new cases 252 were expatriate workers and 108 were local contacts of existing cases.
Meanwhile, another 267 people have left treatment and isolation facilities, bringing the total number of recoveries to 5,419.
Bahrain has so far recorded 10,052 cases of the coronavirus, including the active cases, the recoveries and 15 deaths, while 297,873 tests have been conducted.
