Additional accommodation was provided for more than 8,000 labourers as part of efforts to reduce congestion at labour camps and limit the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19), it has been revealed.
The initiative was carried out by the Labour and Social Development Ministry to provide accommodation for a total of 8,011 labourers while 1,055 work sites were disinfected regularly .
