Bahrain has registered its 31st Covid-19 death.
The Health Ministry said the 71-year-old resident had underlying diseases and health conditions and was one of the existing cases of the coronavirus.
The patient, along with all other active Covid-19 cases, had been placed in isolation and received extensive 24-hour treatment from a specialised medical team.
