His Majesty King Hamad issued a royal order appointing Shaikh Daij bin Salman bin Ahmed Al Khalifa Supreme Council for Youth and Sport vice-chairman.
The order shall come into effect from the date of its issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
His Majesty issued a decree appointing Sami Abdulla Ahmed Buhaza’a under-secretary for land transportation and post at the Transportation and Telecommunications Ministry.
Under the same decree, current assistant under-secretary for air transportation and aviation safety and security Hussein Ahmed Rashid Shuail takes over as assistant under-secretary for air navigation and meteorological services.
Ibtissam Mohammed Khalifa Al Shamlan has also been appointed assistant under-secretary for air transportation and aviation safety and security at the same ministry.
His Majesty issued another decree transferring assistant under-secretary for technical services at the Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Ministry Ibrahim Hassan Ali Al Hawaj to serve as assistant under-secretary for sanitary drainage. Current Capital Municipality director general Shawqiya Ibrahim Mohammed Humaidan has been transferred to the ministry to serve as assistant under-secretary for joint municipal services. Current assistant under-secretary for resources and information Mohammed Saad Mohammed Al Sahli has been transferred to serve as Capital Municipality director general.
Under the same decree, Kadhim Ali Abdullatif Ali and Mohammed Adel Mohammed Abu Hassan have been appointed respectively as assistant under-secretary for technical services and assistant under-secretary for resources and information. The Transportation and Telecommunications Minister and the Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Minister shall implement the decrees, which shall come into effect from the date of their issuance and be published in the Official Gazette.
