Eighty-one grievances were received by the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) in the first quarter of this year and of these 86 per cent were resolved.
In a statement today, the chamber said the grievances were processed by a dedicated team via its members complaints unit, which also worked closely with relevant authorities and ministries.
The BCCI reiterated its support to all members of the business community and its readiness to resolve any issue hindering their progress.
It also voiced pride in all bodies co-operating with it in this endeavour.
It is worth mentioning that the members complaints unit was launched in 2018, in translation to the chamber’s strategy that centres on enhancing liaison between the chamber and its members and offering quality services.
